Clutter steals the brain’s ability to focus, process, gain clarity, and expand its capacity. You may ignore the piece of paper, books, empty bags, etc. But your brain creates its own internal filing system, then folders, then filing cabinets to keep up, leading to emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual exhaustion and decision and brain fatigue.
So irritability, frustration, anger, confusion, and chaos replace peace, calm and equilibrium for your nervous system.
once all these emotions and feelings set in, you unknowingly set your soul and spirit up for a vicious cycle of stress, hopelessness, and a spirit of avoidance.
as the old saying goes, how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
how do you tackle clutter? one bite at a time. five minutes a day is all that’s needed to get you started so that you can process the unresolved trauma, poor self-image, emotional attachment, spirit of lack, idolatry, and scarcity and poverty mindsets that brought you to this place.
you can enjoy life’s simple pleasures one unique design, space, style, and organization at a time.
be blessed!

declutter Tip: to reduce small amounts of visual clutter, use aesthetically pleasing baskets in each room to toss tabletop, and counter and floor items into until you are ready to tackle them, i.e, on the weekends or your next day off.
